The biggest story online is the stimulus plan dubbed the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan." This comes in opposition to his statements of less troops being deployed but he says this is a necessary and swift action that must be taken. He notes that they will use their connections with Japan as a heart of America in the east to help and try to confront the Korean issue. He noted that he will try and encourage peace and to develop a position that will prevent what he calls the next arms race in the East. Although he has yet to make any formal plans on the issue he is announcing it as a issue he will face in his candidacy.
